How long does a garden design take?
It depends on the project scale. A small courtyard might take 2-4 weeks from consultation to installation. Larger projects take longer. We always give you a clear timeline upfront.
Do you handle council approvals?
Yes. For retaining walls and other structures that might need council sign-off, we can navigate that process for you. Most residential garden work in NSW doesn't require approval, but we'll let you know if yours does.
What if I don't like the design?
We work closely with you throughout the design phase. If something isn't right, we revise. Your satisfaction is the goal.
Do you work in winter?
Yes. Winter is actually a great time for many landscaping projects — soil is easier to work with, and new plants establish well during cooler months. Some maintenance tasks are also better done in winter.
